SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR GOLF COURSES USE t r3 . )4/
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1:
That effective October 1, 1972, the following schedule
of fees payable for use of the City' s golf courses, established
by City Council on October 4, 1972, shall be as follows:
PERMANENT RESIDENT FREEHOLDER/REGISTERED VOTER
Single $175.
Husband & Wife 250.
TOURIST RESIDENT NON-VOTER/NON-FREEHOLDER
Single $350.
Husband & Wife 500.
NON-RESIDENT FREEHOLDER
Single $175.
Husband & Wife 250.
JUNIOR (UNDER 18 YEARS)
$ 50.
INTERMEDIATE (18 THROUGH 20 YEARS)
$ 75.
PAR 3 GOLF COURSE ONLY
(new category)
Per person $100.
GREENS FEES
Season 11/1 - 4/30 $ 6.
Off-Season 5/1 - 10/31 3.
Freeholder shall mean ownership, either as an individual
or as an officer of a corporation, of real property
within the City limits of Miami Beach. A receipted
property tax bill, or title, will be required for proof
of ownership. If property is held in the name of a
corporation, proof must be submitted that the individual
making application is an officer in the corporation.
Section 2:
That Resolution No. 13774, adopted October 4, 1972, be
and the same is hereby rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of January , 1973 .
