r r A . A ORDINANCE NO. 500 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF NORTH LENOX AVENUE TO NAUTILUS DRIVE, FROM WEST FORTY- FIRST STREET TO WEST FORTY-SIXTH STREET. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That that certain highway shown and designated as North Lenox Avenue on plats of Nautilus Extension Second and Nautilus Extension Third, recorded in Plat Book 34 at Pages 81 and 98 respectively, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and extending from West 41st Street on the south to West 46th Street on the north, be and the same is hereby changed in name and shall hereafter be known as Nautilus Drive. SECTION 2: That all persons, firms or corporations owning property or residing upon the foregoing street, as renamed and designated herein, are hereby required to observe the provisions of this ordinance in designating or numbering residences or posting signs or markers which may designate the foregoing street. SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of November, A. D. , 1937. TOMLINSON, City Clerk in and for the City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 500 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE NAME OF NORTH LENOX AVENUE TO NAUTILUS DRIVE, FROM WEST FORTY-FIRST STREET TO WEST FORTY-SIXTH STREETI , having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three con- spciuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 6th day of November , A. D. , 1937, and that said ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
