73-14033 RESOLUTION NO. 73-14033
WHEREAS, City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on April 11, 1973, duly passed and adopted Resolution
No. 73-13977 authorizing and directing the execution and delivery
of a contract with Grove/Haack & Associates and Bouterese-
Borrelli-Albaisa, as Architects, Engineers, and Planners for
services to be rendered in connection with the planning and
construction of City of Miami Beach Governmental Center, and
WHEREAS, following the passage and adoption of said
Resolution No. 73-13977, it has been brought to the attention
of the City Council that the said contract approved thereby,
contained therein a typographical error whereby on page 3, the
"Schematic Design Phase" and the "Design Development Phase" have
been designated as "Part 1" , whereas said provisions should have
correctly read "Part 2" , and
WHEREAS , said changes, do not entail or require any
change in the amount of compensation required under the provisions
of the same contract, and
WHEREAS , the City Council has been advised that the
said typographical errors may best be cured and obviated by the
substitution of a corrected Page 3 in said contract, setting
forth the above corrections,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk be and
she is hereby authorized and directed to substitute a corrected
Page 3 in said contract setting forth the changes as hereinabove
enumerated and that the said contract with the substituted Page 3
be executed and delivered by the Mayor and the City Clerk and
that the proper financial officers of the City of Miami Beach are
hereby authorized and directed to make financial payments in
accordance therewith.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of June, 1973.
