Ordinance 533 ORDINANCE NO. 533 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 289 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS TO CHANGE THE USE AND AREA REGULATIONS OF PROPERTY ABUTTING ON BAY ROAD FROM 18TH TO 20TH STREETS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That the Use and Area Regulations of the following described property, to-wit: Lots 8A, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 of Block 13, Amended Plat Alton Beach Realty Company's Block 13, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 146, Public Records of Dade County, Florida; Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 of Block 13A and the East one-.half of each of Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, of Block 14A, Island View Addition, according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 9 Page 144, Public Records of Dade County, Florida; and also the East one- half of each of Lots 1 to 8, inclusive, Block 14, Island View Subdivision according to a plat recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 115, Public Records of Dade County, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended so as to change said property from its present "BB" Business District classification, to what is known as "RE" Multiple- Family District classification, as said use regulations are described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended, and so as to classify and designate all of said property from its present Area Regulation District No, 19, to what is known as Area Regulation District No. 17. Section 20 All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and they are hereby repealed, Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect immediately after its passage, approval and posting in accordance with law. TOMLINSON, City Clerk in and for the City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 533, entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS TO CHANGE THE USE AND AREA REGULA- TIONS OF PROPERTY ABUTTING ON BAY ROAD FROM 18TH TO 20TH STREETS" , having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 8th day of December, A. D. , 1938, and that said ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
