A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, WAIVING THE GREENS FEE AND CART
FEE FOR THE DADE COUNTY CHIEFS OF POLICE ASSOCIATION
(Bayshore Golf Course - May 24 , 1983)
WHEREAS, for the reasons more particularly set forth in
Commission Memorandum No. 278-83 , the City Commission of the
City of Miami Beach finds it in the best interest of the City to
waive the greens fee and cart fee for the Dade County Chief of
Police Association; and
WHEREAS, The City Manager recommends the City waive said
fees, and the City Attorney has approved same as to legality;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the greens fee and cart
fee for the Dade County Chiefs of Police Association be waived.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of May , 1983 .

SUBJECT: WAIVER OF GREE S FEE AND CART FEE FOR DADE COUNTY
CHIEFS OF POLICE ASSOCIATION - MAY 24 , 1983
The City of Miami Beach annually hosts, during the month
of May, the Dade County Chiefs of Police Association.
At the request of Chief Emmett Miller , it is requested
that the City waive the greens fee and cart fee for
approximately twenty-four (24) persons on Tuesday,
May 24 , 1983 , at Bayshore Golf Course . Play will
commence after 12 :00 Noon.
The Golf Division has advised that this request would
not interfere with our regular players , nor cause a
scheduling problem.
ADMINISTRATION RECOMMENDATION
The Administration recommends the waiver of greens fee
and cart fee on Tuesday, May 24 , 1983 at Bayshore Golf
Course for the Dade County Chiefs of Police Association.
