Ordinance 548 ORDINANCE NO. 548 4 , . AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, COMBINING THE OFFICES OF DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL WITH THAT OF CITY MANAGER, SAME BEING ANOTHER APPOINTIVE OFFICE IN THE UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE OF SAID CITY. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That the office of Director of Personnel as set forth in Section 4 of House Bill No. 687, being Chapter 18696 of the Special Acts of Florida, 1937, is hereby combined with the office of City Manager of the City of Miami Beech, Florida, same being an appointive office in the Unclassified Service of said City. SECTION 2. All ordinances andparts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
