ORDINANCE NO. 563 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, BEING ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, BY ADDING TO SECTION 15 THEREOF, TWO ADDITIONAL SUBSECTIONS PROVIDING FOR A MINIMUM CUBIC FOOT CONTENT FOR RESIDENCES HEREAFTER CON- STRUCTED IN CERTAIN USE DISTRICTS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Section 15 of said. Ordinance No. 2g9 be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto the following: (10) In all R. C. Estate Districts, every resi- dence hereafter constructed shall provide a minimum cubic foot content of 25,000 cubic feet, exclusive of Portec:ocheres, open terraces and/or similar features. (11) In all R. D. Single Family Districts, each residence hereafter constructed shall provide a minimum cubic foot content of 16,000 cubic feet, exclusive of porte-cocheres, open terraces and/or similar features. SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, D. 1939. D. , 1939, and that said ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the require- ments of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
