289, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, BY RE-C LASS I'
FYING BLOCKS 3 AND 26 CF FISHER'S
FIRST SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH IN
A "RE" MULTIPLE FAMILY USE CLASSIFI-
CATION.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1: That Ordinance No* 289, being the Zoning Ordinance
of said City, be and the same is hereby amended
so as to change the Use Regulation of the follow-
ing described property from its present "RD" Single Family
classification,, to wb.at is known as "RE" Multiple Family classi-
fication:
All of Blocks 3 and 26, Fisher's First
Subdivision of Alton Beach, according
to a plat recorded in Plat Book 2, Page
77, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida,
Section 2: That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in con-
flict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, A. D., 1941.

NO. 289, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
BY RE-CLASSIFYING BLOCKS 3 AND 26 OF FISHER' S FIRST SUBDIVISION
OF ALTON BEACH IN A "RE" MULTIPLE FAMILY USE CLASSIFICATION",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three con-
spicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was
at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 20th day of
March, A. D. , 1941, and that said Ordinance remained posted
for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.

and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
