Ordinance 601 ORDINANCE NO. 601 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1. 02 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, BEING AN ORDINANCE ENTITLED " AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RESTRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF" BY ADDING THERETO SECTION 11) PROVIDING FOR THE SALE OF LIQUOR BY WHOLESALE VENDORS. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That Ordinance No. 402, of the City of Miami Beach, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto immediately after Section 11 thereof, an additional section numbered Section 112 which shall read as follows, to-wit: Section 112. That, nothing in this Ordinance contained, shall be deemed to prohibit the sale of liquor, wine or beer, regardless of alcoholic content, at wholesale by duly licensed wholesale vendors, the approval and permission of the City Council having been first had and obtained, in any portion of said City wherein, by the terms of Ordinance No. 289 of said City wholesale Salesrooms and storage rooms are permitted. Section 2. This Ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its becoming a law. Section 3. All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
