RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,FLORIDA,
CONFIRMING SALE OF BONDS .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida:
SECTION 1. WHEREAS, the City Council of the
said city by resolution did, on the let day of September, A. D. ,
1920, pass a resolution authorizing the, sale of Ninety-two Thous-
and ($92,000.00) Dollars, Series "C" , Six per cent , City of Miami
Beach Street Improvement Bonds, Gated September 1st, A.D. ,1920,and
WHEREAS, after advertisement for bids duly had
the City Council did, on the 20th day of September, A.D. ,1920,
award the sale of said bonds to the Bank of Bay Biscayne of Miami,
Florida, the said Bank of Bay Biscayne being the only bidder for
said bonds, and
WHEREAS, the said bonds have been sold in accord-
ance with said advertisement and delivered to the said Bank of
Bay Biscayne in accordance with resolution adopted September 20,
1920, and numbered 122, and
WHEREAS,-_.lthere has been received by the said CityofV

Miami the sum of Dollars/lin pay-
ment for said bonds in accordance with said bid, and
WHEREAS, said sale is in accordance with previous
resolution and intent of the City Council of said city.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sale of
said bonds numbered from one (1) to ninety-two (92) inclusive,
dated September, 1, 1920, and maturing Nine Thousand ($9,000.00)
Dollars yearly for eight (8) years beginning in 1922, and Ten
Thousand 010,000.00) Dollars yearly for the years 1930 and 1931,
be, ana the same is, hereby in all respects confirmed, ratified
and approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2..O day of October,1920.

Dollars, Series "C" , Six per oent, City of Mani Beach Street
Improvement Fonda, dated September 1st, A. D. 1920, and.
WHERFIA2, after advertisment for bids duly had the City Counoi;
did on the 20th day of September, A. D. 1920, award the sale of
said bonds to the Bank of Bay Biscayne of LiaMi, Florida,, the said.
Bank of Bey Bisealane being the only bidder for said bonds, and.
WHEREAS, the said bonds have been sold in accordance with
said advertisement and deliverpd to the said. Bank of Bay 3isoayne
in accordance with resolution adopted September 20th, 1920, and

Whereas, there has been received by the said City of Tliani
Beach the sum of Ninety Thousand and LA= and 64/100 Dollars
( )90,006.64) in payment for said bonds in accordance with said bid,
and

and intent of the City Council of said city.
NOW, T1iEREFOR3, BB IT RASOLVED that the Babe 4 said bonds
numbered from one (1 ) to ninety-two (92) inoluaive, dated. September
1, 1920, and maturing nine Thousand ( 09,000.00) Dollars yearly for
eight ( 8) years beginning in 1922, arid. Ten Thousand (410,000.00)
Dollars yearly for the years 1930 and 1931, be, and the same is
hereby, in all respects confirmed, ratified and approved,
PASSED ADD ADOPTED this 20th day of October, 1920.
