That the construction of the following described improl*Tits is

hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting t'otrth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
LIERIDIAN A7MUE: To be paved to a width of eighteen ( 18 ) feet
with a penetration macadam Pavement from the South property line of
ifteenth Street to the ,South line of the -f. 1.--11 . dhitman Tract , a distance
of approximately three hundred ( 300) feet.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to filewith
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation o5 plans and specifications and
estimate , the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as highway improvement No. H-21 and the property against which
asses. ments may be made for the cost theref hereunder shall be desig-
nated as District No. H-21.
