Whereas , on the 17th day of August , 1921, the City Council, pass

and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designaied`as Highway
Improvement H-12, District H112, and directed the City Engineer to pre-
pare and file plans and spacificationF of such improvement and an estiAi

' mate of the cost thereof, including ar estimate of the incidental ex-
penses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and
estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with
the City Clerk.
Therefore, Be it resolved by the City Council of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted _at the door of the amity xtall,r
in the city. of miarii beach, nardie's :Casino ani: the o. .i..±ost Office in the
City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City
Council of Miami Beach, to be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami
Beach, on the 19th day of October, at 7:30 o' clock P. M. , the City Council
will hear the remonstrances of all persons interested to the confirmation
of said resolution ordering said improvement.
Passed and adopted this 21st day of September, A. D. , 1921.
