A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 07 THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CLOSING,
VACATING AND DISCONTINUING THAT CERTAIN
TEN-FOOT WALK SHOWN ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
BLOCK 51 OF A SUBDIVISION OF LAND ACCORD-
ING TO A PLAT RECCF:DED IN PLAT BOOK 2,
PAGE 81, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS 02 DADE COUNTY,
FLORIDA
BE IT RESOLVED BY TIM CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI

BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1: That that certain Ten-foot walk shown on the
South side of Block 51 of the Subdivision of land according
to Plat Book 2, at Page 81, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, be and the same is.. hereby closed, vacated
and discontinued as a public walk or highway , provided, how-
ever, that such closing, vacation or discontinuance shall not
be effective unless and until the owner of the reversion of
such land embraced in said walk shall have made, executed and
delivered to said City a quit-claim deed to the land embraced
in such walk.
