BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida:
1st : That no newspaper is published in the City of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida.
2nd: That The Miami Herald , is a newspaper which has been published
in Dade County, Florida for a period of more than one year rior to
this date and has general circulation in the City of Miami Beach,Flor-

ida.
0 3rd: That The Miami gerald, the aforesaid newspaper is hereby select-
ed by this City Council as the newspaper in which the tax collector of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida shall publish once each week for five
consecutive weeks, a list or statement of all real estate assessed for
the year 1921 and upon which the taxes shall not have been raid before the
1st . day of April , A. D. 1922, which list shall be advertised according
to law, specifying the amount due on each parcel of real estate together
with the cost of advertising and expense of sale and such real estate
shall be listed in such list in the same order it wh Leh the land was
assessed.
