Be it resolved by the City Council off' the City of Miami Beach, 'lo ri da:
That the construction of the following described improvements is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
A twenty-four inch
(24" )Terra Cot to Storm Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
On Fifth Street from the center line of Meridian Ave to Iiecayne Bay.
(to )Terrancotta Storm Sewer and necessary manholes and appurtenances.
On Fifth Street from the center line of Meridian Ave to the west line
of Washington Ave (Mimi Ave) .
Which storm sewer the City Council hereby declares to be a special
benefit to all of the property embraced within the following described
district:-
Beginning at the northeast corner of L t No. 1 in Block no. 2 .of

The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications .of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary andother surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and
bonds as Sewer Improvement Sr 7 , and the prop-
erty against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof here-
under shall be designated as District Sr 7
