Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, F]:irid `
That the construction of the following described improvements is e l,. a

hereby ordered to be made; City council hereby forth its �,
intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter.
COLLINS V N E: To receive one application of oil and sand
for a width of twenty ( 20 ) feet from the southroeerty line
of Twenty-sixth Street to the east shore of Indian Creek, as
said Collins avenue and Indian Creek are shown and recorded
in Plat Book 5 at Pages 7 and 8 , Public records Dade County
Florida, and as said Twenty-sixth street is named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 170 , recorded in Deed Book 297, at
Page 242 , PublicRecords Dade county , .d"lorida.
The Cite- Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an
estimate of the cost thereof, including; an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superin-
tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifidations and
estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the
preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and. proper. This
improvement shall be designated in all proceedinms, assessments and
bonds as Highway Improvement H-26 , and the property
against which assesszents may be made for the cost thereof hereunder
shall be designated as District H-26 _.
