Resolution 315 RESOLUTION NO Z15 t C.11 District H-28 Highway Imnroverlent -.tea • Be i-t resolved by the City Council of the City of Miami resch, Florida: That the construction of the following described improvements is hereby ordersd to 'e ;lade; the City Council hereby s ettinq forth its intention to proceed under rection 29 of the City Charter. , r SSRI➢AN ALE NUE: �i'o be paved to a width of thirty-four (34) feet with a penetration macadam pavement and concrete curb and gutter from the north property line of nineteenth Street to the south property line of Twenty-first street , as Sheri- dan .:Avenue , nineteenth and Twenty-first Streets are shown and recorded in Plat Book 6, at Page 102, Public =records Dade County, Florida. The macadam ?a vement to be thirty-one ( 31) feet wide. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary anti other surveys, the inspection and superin- tendence of the work, the preparetion of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of • -__ -_ ncticss and: - roceedinr's, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary an proper.
