AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1
OF ORDINANCE NO. 604 OF THE CITY .
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFI-
CIAL PAY SCHEDULES FOR ALL CLASSI-
FICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASS-
IFIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO THE PRO-
VISIONS OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT;
PROVIDING FOR ITS ADMINISTRATION AND
REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 604 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
reading as follows:
"SHOP OPERATIONS

be and the same is hereby amended so as to read as follows:

and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall of said City on the 20th day of November,
A. D. , 1942, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a
period of at least thirty days in accordance with the re-
quirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami
Beach.
