Ordinance 670-A • ORDINANCE NO. 670 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 102 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND RESTRIOTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR AS HEREIN DEFINED MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and the map attached thereto and made a part thereof be and the same are hereby amended so as to include in "B" District, as same is defined in said Ordinance, the follow- ing described parcels of land, situate, lying and being in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to-wit: All of Block One ( 1) , the East One-half (E'-) of Block Two (2) , the East One-half (E ) of Block Nine (9) and all of Block Ten ( 10) of HARDING TOWNSITE as per Plat thereof, record- ed in Plat Book 34, at page 4, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The East One-half (E4) of Block Six ( 6) , the West One-half (Wi ) of Block Seven ( 7) , the East One-half (E ) of Block Eight ( 8) , all of Block Nine (9) , the East One-half (E-) of Block Eleven (11) and all of Block Ten (10) of NORMANDY BEACH SOUTH, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21, at page 54, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The East One-half (Ei) of Block "D" and all of Blocks "A" , "B" and "C" of Atlantic Heights, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, at page 11 , of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The East One-half (E- ) of Block Six ( 6) , all of Lots Forty-four (44) to Fifty-three ( 53$ , inclus- ive, of Block One (1) and all of Lots Twenty- eight (28) to Thirty-two (32) , inclusive of Block Seven ( 7) of SECOND OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION, as per Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 28, at page 28, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect immediate- ly upon its becoming a law.
