Resolution 334 R3SOLUTION ITO. $14 ' District SR-13 Sewer Improvement : 2,-14 Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Liami Beach, Florida; `1 t the construction of the follov.ing described improvements is hereby ordered t.) be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the city Charter. SR-13-A fifteen ( 15) inch terra cotta storm sew 'necessary man- holes and appurtenances: In Meridian Avenue from a point ten ( 10 ) feet south of the cen- ter line of Sixteenth Street to a point fifteen ( 15) feet north of the center line of Lincoln Road. In Lenox Avenue from a point ten ( 10 ) feet south of the center line of Sixteenth Street to a point fifteen ( 15) feet north of the center line of Lincoln =load. A twenty-four ( 24) inch terra cotta storm sewer and necessary manholes and a.p-.)urtenance sei In Lincoln Road from a point ten ( 10 ) feet west of the center line of Tleridian Avenue to a point ten ( 10) feet west of the center line of Lenox Avenue. In Lenox Avenue from a point fifteen ( 15) feet north of the cen- ter line of Lincoln Road to a point ten ( 10) feet north of the center line of Seventeenth Street. In Seventeenth Street from a point ten ( 10) feet west of the center line of Lenox Avenue to thecenter line of alley between Alton 'Road and ',?est c,venue from a. point ten ( 10) feet north of the center line of `Seventeenth Street to the Collins Canal. As aforesaid street , avenues and/roaAs are s.h.ewn in Plat Book 4, Page 106 and 2lat Book 6, rages 5, 2(.x ,30 End 3,3,Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The City ngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with % the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preli :inary and other surveys, the inspection and suj rin- tendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the 1 preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This 1 improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sewer Improvement SR-13 , and the property against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig- nated as Districts-ig �.
