fxAS, the uity council , by resolution, passed and 'adopted •
on the 7th day of march, 1923, ordered the Aighway Improvement
A-31, District n-31 , an.d the uity ,.Angineer, under direction of the
city uouncil , has prepared and filed with the city ulerk plans
and specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an est imi to of the cost of the incidental
expenses of said improvement , aid whereas due notice by publica-
tion as required by the uity charter has been made that the uity
uouncil would on the 21st day of march, 1923, at the uity nall
in said uity, at 7:30 o' clock P. iii. , receive and hear remonstran-
ces of all interested persons to the confirmation of said reso-
lution ordering said improvement , and all remonstrances received
having been heard and considered by the uity uouncil at the time
and place aforesaid.

City Engineer of Lliami Beach, Florida, do hereby
certify that the following is a true and corroct state-
ment of the cost of the work of Highway Improvement
11-31, District 11-31, and is composed of the
contract price of the work, and the estimated cost of
the incidental expenses thereof with description of labs
or parcels of land liable to liens therefor; the assess-
ed value of each lot or parcel; the foot front;:'ge assess-
ment; the total assessment chargeable against each lot
or parcel computed according to frontage and in propor-
tion to special benefits received, and not in excess of
such benefits; the name of the owner of each lot or
parcel where such can be ascertained by him after dili-
gent inquiry, and a statement of all other things re-
quired by the assessment roll in accordance with section
29 of the City Charter of said City.
