WHEREAS, a contract has been duly and re_;ularly entered
into by the City of Miami Beach and L. L. & D. P. DeVane for the
construction above designated, and
WHEREAS, the City .Engineer of the City of Miami Beach and
the Street Committeeman of said City have my reported to theCity
Council that the work on said contract has been completed in ac-
cordance with the plans and r_pecifications ;-7overning the same and
hove recommended that the same be accepted.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach , .?lorida:
1st, That said report of the said City Engineer and the
Street Committeeman be , and the sare is, hereby approved and con-
firmed.
2nd: That the City Engineer of said City be , and he is ,
hereby directed to prepare and file with the City Clerk of said City,
a preliminary assessment roll in accordance with Section 29 of the
City Charter of said City.
