AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 10,
11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19,
OF ORDINANCE NO. 671 OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTIT i,r+.n: "AN
ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING BLACKOUTS AND
AIR RAID PRECAUTIONS AND PROTLCTION
AND ESTABLISHING RULES AND REGULATIONS
PERTAINING THERETO; REGULATING LIGHTS
AND LIGHTING DURING THE HOURS OF DARK-
NESS AS DEFINED IN SAID ORDINANCE;
PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION
THEREOF; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT THEREWITH; DECLARING AN EMER-
GENCY TO EXIST AND DECLARING THIS ORDI-
NANCE TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Sections 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19,
of Ordinance No. 671 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
be and the same is hereby repealed.

`SECTION 2. That the welfare of the City being in peril, this ordi-
nance is declared to be an emergency measure and the
reading; thereof at separate regular meetings of the
City Council is hereby waived.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and adoption as provided by law.

NANCE TO BE AN EMERGENCY MEASURE" , having been passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, hes been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 3rd day of November,
A. D. , 1943, and that said Ordinance remained posted for
a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the
requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami
Beach.
