District SR-15 Sewer Improvement SR-15
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described im-
provements is hereby ordered to be rade ; the City Council here-
by setting forth its intention to proceed under Itction 29 of
the City Charter.
SR-15 A twelve ( 12) inch terra cotta storm sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances in meridian Avenue from Sixth
Street to Seventh Street ;
A fifteen ( 15) inch terra cotta storm sewer and necessary
manholes and a-"opurtenancee- in Meridian Avenue from Seventh
Street to Ninth street ;
A fifteen ( 15) inch terra cotta storm sewer and necessary
manholes and appurtenances ih Meridian Avenue from Thir-
teenth Street to Tenth Street ;
A fifteen ( 15) inch terra cotta storm sewer ::d necessary
manholes and appurtenances in Jinth Street from Washington
Avenue to Meridian Avenue ;
A twenty-four ( 24) inch terra cottastorm sewer and necessar:
manholes and appurtenances in Meridian Avenue from Ninth
Street to Tenth Street ;
A twenty-four ( 24) inch terra cotta storm sewer and necessar:
manholes and appurtenances in Tenth Street from Meridian
Avenue to Alton toad;
e aty-sevei ( 27) inch terra cotta storm sewer andneces-
sary Manholes and appurtenances in Alton xoad from Tenth
Street to Eleventh Street , an extended across Alton Road
to a manhole already constructed.
As said Aveeues, streets, Drives and alle(17ays ale shown
on plats recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 11 , in Plat Book ,
2 at -mages 56 and 81 , and in Plat Book 4 at Page 125 ,
Public xecor.ds of Dade County, .r"lorida, and as sai- I dian

and designated in Ordinance ;"170, recorded in meed Book
297 , Page 242, Public xecords of Dade County, Florida.
Which storm sewer the City Council hereby declares to be
a special benefit to all of the property embraced within the follow-
ing described district ;
Beginning at the intersection of Ocean Drive and ighth
Street , running thence westerly along Bighth Street to a -point 150
feet east of Meridian Avenue ; thence southerly parallel to Meridian
Avenue and distant 150 feet easterly therefrom to Sixth Street ;
thence easterly on Sixth Street to Euclid Avenue ; thence southerly
on Euc id Avenue to -' T tri Block 57 of Ocean

to Eighth Street , being the point or place of beginning. As said
Avenues, Streets, Drives and alleyways are shown on plats recorded
in Plat Book 3 at Page 11, in Plat Book 2 at pages 56 and 81 and
in Plat Book 4 at Page 125, Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and as said Meridian Avenue , Euclid Avenue , and Washington Avenue
are shown and designated in Ordinance #170, recorded in Deed Book
297, Page 242, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The CityEngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements
and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
1 specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings , the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all
proceedings , assessments and bonds as Storm Sewer Improvement SR-15 ,
and the Property against which assessments may be made for the cost
thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SR-15.
