Resolution 453 } mem RESOLUTION NO. 453 District H-35 Highway Improvement H-35 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida : That the construction of the following described improvements is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter : COLLINS AVENUE: To be scarified, resurfaced and paired tsc cIth of 40 feet, with a penetration macadam pavement, anal/curb and gutter, from the south property line of 26th Street to the north property live of 30th Street, as said Collins Avenue is shown on fed 'ded in Plat Book 5, at Page 7, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and said 26th Street and 30th Street are named and designated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in Deed Book 297, at Page 242, Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The CityEngineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the in- spection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be desig- nated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-35 , and the property against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District H-35 Passed and adopted this 19 th day of December, A.
