RESOLUTION NO. 454 .
District H-36 . Highway Improvement H-36
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida :
That the construction of the following described improvements
is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter ;
:I4M1_ BliACIi DRIVE: To be scarified, resurfaced and Payed to a
width o forty (40) feet, with a penetration macadam pavement
ahs 9if'boand gutter from the south property line of Twenty-
fourth ;tree the north Prot 4 of Twenty-Ninth Street,
as said Miam ive is shown ‘L , reeffeTad in Plat Book 5
at Page 7 , of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
and said Twenty-Fourth Streit and Twenty-Ninth Street are
named and designated in Ordinance No.170, recorded in Deed
Book 297, at Page 242, Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineeris hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvements and
an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost
of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses
necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in
all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway Improvement
H-36 , and the property against which assessments may be
made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District
H-36 •
