RESOLUTION NO. 536
District SR-20 Sewer Improvement SR-20
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution, passed and adopted
on the 19th day of December, 1923, ordered the Sewer Improvement
SR-20, District SR-20, and the City Engineer, under direction of the
City Council, has prepared and filed with the City dlerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the incidental ex-
penses of said improvement , and whereas the Iity Auditor has re-
ported in writing to the City Council that funds are in the trea-
sury applicable to and sufficient for the payment of the City' s
share of the cost of said improvement, and whereas due notice
by publication as required by the City Charter has been made that
the City Council would on the 6th day of .February, 1924 , at the
City Hall in said City, at 9:00 o' clock A. M. , receive and hear
remonstrances of all interested persons to the confirmation of
said resolution ordering said improvement, and all remonstrances
received having been heard and considered by the City Council
at the time and place aforesaid.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of 1iami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of said City
Council ordering said Sewer Improvement SR-20, District SR-20,
be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of February, A. D. , 1924.
