RESOLUTION NO. 651
SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT SR-9 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT SR-9 •
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
met on the 28th day of May, 1924, pursuant to a notice of a meet-
ing under Section 29 of the Charter of said City to hear all I
written objections to the confirmation of the preliminary assess •
-
went roll of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-9, District SR-9 , by
any person whose property is described in said preliminary assess-
ment roll, which roll was filed with said City Council on May
7th, 1924, and
WHEREAS, the City Council, having received no written re-
monstrances filed to the confirmation of said preliminary assess-
ment roll by any person whose property is described in said roll ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that the prima facie assessments as
indicated on said preliminary assessment roll be, and the same
are, in all things confirmed and sustained against any and all
lots or parcels of ground described therein except as to the
following described lots against which said assessment is modi-
fied and reduced, the amount by which said assessment is hereby
reduced being hereby charged to the City at large, so that the
assessment shall be as follows, it being hereby decided that
the special benefits to said lots, because of other sanitary
sewer assessments being made against said lots, are those bene-
fits as stated below, after such modification and reduction;
The assessment against Lot 14 of Block 2 in Fisher' s First
Subdivision of Alton Beach, as per plat recorded in Plat Book
2 at Page 77 of the Public .records of Dade County, Florida, is
hereby eliminated, said lot being assessed for its full width
on said preliminary assessment roll and also for its full length
in Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-8, District 3R-8.
The assessment against Lot 1 of Block 26 in said Fisher' s
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, according to the aforesaid
plat , is hereby reduced to 470. 21, said lot being assessed for
its full length and its full width on said preliminary assess-
ment roll.
The assessment against Lot 20 of Block 26 in said Fisher' s
First Subdivision of •Alton Beach, according to the aforesaid
plat , is hereby reduced to 470.21, said lot being assessed for
its full length on said preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lots 11 and 20 of block 27 , in said
Fisher' s First Subdivision of Alton Beach, according to the
aforesaid plat , are herebyelimated , said lots being assessed for
their full width on said preliminary assessment roll and also
for their full length in Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-8 , Dis-
trict SR-8.
The assessment against Lot 6 of Block 31 in said Fisher' s
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, according to the aforesaid
plat, is hereby reduced to 470.21, said lot being assessed for
its full length on said preliminary assessment roll and also
for its full width in Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-0, District
1140* SR-8.
The assessment against Lot 13 of Block 31 of said Fisher' s
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, according to the aforesaid
plat, is hereby reduced to 470.21, said lot being assessed for
its full length on said preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lot 14 of Block 31 of said Fisher' s
First Subdivision of Alton Beach, according to the aforesaid
plat, is -hereby reduced to 470.21, said lot being assessed for
its full length and its full width on said preliminary assess-
ment roll.
The assessment against Lot 1 of Block 53 of Pine Ridge
Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 34
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, is hereby re-
duced to 4105.31, said lot being assessed for its full length
and its full width on said preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lot 10 of Block 53 in said Pine
Ridge Subdivision, according to the aforesaid plat , is hereby
reduced to 470.21, said lot being assessed for its full length
on said preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lot 16 of Block 54 in Fisher' s First
Subdivision of Alton Beach, as per plat recorded in Plat Book
2 at Page 77 of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, is
hereby reduced to 470.21, said lot being assessed for its full
length on said preliminary assessment roll and also for its full
width in Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-8, District SR-8.
The assessment against Lot 10 of Block 58 in Pine Ridge
Subdivision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 6 at Page 34 of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, is hereby reduced
to 470.21, said lot being assessed for its full length on said
preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lot 11 of Block 58 in said Pine
Ridge Subdivision, according to the aforesaid plat , is hereby
reduced to 470.21 , said lot being assessed for its full length
and its full width on said preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lot 20 of Block 58 in said Pine
Ridge Subdivision, according to the aforesaid plat , is hereby
eliminated, said lot being assessed for its full width on Said

Sanitary sewer Improvement SR-8, District SR-8.
The assessment against Lots 1 and 20 of Block 65 in Com-
mercial Subdivision, as per plat recorded in Plat Book 6 at
Page 5 of the Public Records of -jade County, Florida, are here-
by reduced to 470.21,each, said lots being assessed for their
full length on said preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lot 2 of Block 68 in said Commercial
Subdivision, according to the aforesaid plat, is hereby reduced
to 470.21, said lot being assessed for its full length on said
preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lot 3 of Block 68 in said Commercial
Subdivision, according to the aforesaid plat , is hereby reduced
to 470. 21, said lot being assessed for its full length and its
full width on said preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lot 1 of Block 59 in Lincoln Subdi-

vision as per plat recorded in Plat Book 9 at Page 69 of
the Public records of Dade County, Florida, is hereby re-
duced to 070.21, said lot being assessed for its full length
and its full width on said preliminary assessment roll.
The assessment against Lot 20 of Block 59 in said Lin-
coln Subdivision, according to the aforesaid plat , is hereby
reduced to 470.21, said lot being assessed for its full length _
on said preliminary assessment roll.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the sums andel@m. @dassessed
against each of the lots or parcels of groundyin said preliminary
assessment roll, and the sums and amounts against each,6f the _
lots or parcels of ground herein set forth are less than the
amount that each of said lots or parcels of ground is bene-
fited by said improvement, and that the total cost of said
improvement , in the sum of X20,215.80, is hereby approved and
confirmed, the proportion of said cost to be paid by the City
of Miami Beach, including the cost at street intersections be-
ing 44,132.17 , exclusive of the charge heretofore made to the
City at large.
BB IT FURTHER RESOLVED that ten days after this confir-
mation of said assessment roll the same be delivered to the
City 0lerk, and the City Clerk is hereby ordered, thirty days
C after the date of this resolution to make collection of the
assessments therein, as required by law, provided however, that
the owner of any lot or parcel which shall have been assessed
in excess of $25.00, may before the lapse of said thirty days
file with the City Clerk his written undertaking waiving all
irregularity and illegality in connection with said assessment
against said lot or parcel and agreeing to pay the same in equal
installments in each of the five succeeding years at the times
in said years at which the general City taxes are due and payable,
with interest upon said Warred installments at the rate of
6o per annum, from date !7confirmation, which said five-year
period is hereby fixed and determined by said City Council.
