District SR-33 sanitary sewer improvement sR-33
wHER AS, on the 8th day of October, 1924, the city
Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as Sewer improvement SR-33, District 6R-33,
and directed the city tutanager to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses ,
and the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost
and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the
City Manager with the city Clerk.
'2HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the uity council of la'1iami
beach, rloriAl, that the city clerk shall cause to be posted
at the door of the City gall in the uity of J4iami . each, Aar-
die' s casino and the u. S. Yost Office in the uity of miami
Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the uity council
of Miami beach to be held at the uity ball in the city of
Miami beach, on the 15th day of October, 1924, at 9:00 o ' clock
A. Y. , the uity council will hear the remonstrances of all
persons interested to the confirmation of said reso lution order-
ing said improvement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of October, A. D. , 1924.
