RESOLUTION NO. 681
DISTRICT SK-13 SIDEWALK EUPROV EE NT SK-13
BE IT RESOLVED BY TTS; CITY COUNCIL OF TH41 CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve-
ment is hereby ordered to be made, the City Council hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of
the City Charter :
An Eight Foot (8' ) Concrete Sidewalk on the
west side of Washington Avenue from Fourteenth
Street to the Alley at north line of Block 20
of Ocean Beach Addition No. 3, as said Washing-
ton Avenue and as said Block 20 are shown on
a plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 81, and
as said Washington Avenue is named and designated
in Ordinance y170, recorded in Deed Book 297 at
Page 242, and as said Fourteenth Street and said •
alley are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book
6, at Page 172, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
The City Manager is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparation of plans and specifications and esti-
mate , the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses neces-
sary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in
all proceedings , as:3essments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement
SK-13; and the property against which assessments may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as Dis-
trict
