RESOLUTION NO. 684
District SK-13 Sidewalk improvement 6K-13
wHERE.AS, the city uouncil, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 8th day of October, 1924, ordered the side-
walk Improvement 6K-13, District 6K-13, and the city Manager,
under direction of the uity Council, has prepared and filed
with the city ulerk plans and specifications of such improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mat e of the cost of the incidental expenses of said improve-
ment, and whereas due notice by publication as required by
the uity uharter has been made that the uity uouncil would
on the 15th day of October, 1924, at the uity ball in said
Oity, at 9:00 o ' clock A. M. , receive and hear remonstrances
of all interested persons to the confirmation of said resolu-
tion ordering said improvement, and no remonstrances having
been presented at the tine and place aforesaid,
rHERErORE., BE IT RESOLVED by the city uouncil of the
City of miami beach, r`lorida, that the said resolution of
said city uouncil ordering said sidewalk improvement sK-13,
District sK-13, be and the same is hereby confirmed.
rASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October, A. D. , 1924.
