District sR-36 sewer improvement SR-36
wIEREAS, on the 12th day of i'ovember, 1924, the uity
uouncil passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improve-
ment designated as sewer Improvement sR-36, District sR-36,
and directed the uity . ngineer to prepare and file plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the incidental expenses , and
the said plans and specifications and estimate of cost and es-
timate of incid. ntal expenses have been fil d by the uity . n-
gineer with the uity clerk.

beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the uity council of

terested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering said
