RESOLUTION NO. 782
District SR-50 Sewer Improvement SR-50
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida:
That the construction of the following described im-
provements is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council here-
by setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29, of
the City Charter.
SR-50 A ten (10') inch Concrete Sanitary Sewer and necessary
manholes, appurtenances and House Connections:
In the Alley between Collins Avenue and Washington
Avenue, two (21 ) feet West of the center-line, from a
point two (21) feet South of the center-line of Second
Street, to a point three (31 ) feet North of the North
line of Biscayne Avenue ;
In Second Street two (2' ) feet South of the center-line,
from a point two (2' ) feet West of the center-line of
Alley between Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue to a
point ten (101) feet East of the West line of Collins
Avenue;
As said Alley, Avenues and Street are shown on Plat re-
corded in Plat Book +2, Page 38, and as said Collins and
Washington Avenues are named and designated in Ordinance
#170, recorded in Deed Book +297, Page 242, all of
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk, plans and specifications of said im-
provements and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an es-
timate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print-
ing and publication of notices and proveedings, the preparation
of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This im-
provement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-50, and the property
against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof here-
under shall be designated as District SR-50.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of February, A.D. 1925.
