RESOLUTION NO. 817
DISTRICT H-61 HIGHAY .itv2PROV MENT H-61
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
H-61 EUCLID AVENUE: To be paved, and where
heretofore paved, repaired, to a width
of forty feet, with a Bituminous Wear-
ing Surface on a Hock Base and Concrete
curb and gutter, from the North line of
'i'hird Street to the West line of Washing-
ton Avenue, as said Avenues, and Street
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book No. 2, rage 81, and as said Euclid
and 'Washington Avnnues are named and desig-
nated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded in
Deed Book No. 297, rage 242, all of the
Public Records of Dade County, Floc ida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings , the pre-
paration of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper.
This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Highway Improvement ti-61, and the prop-
erty against which assessments may be made for the cost there-
of hereunder shall be designated as District H-61.
