RESOLUTION NO. 819
DISTRICT H-63 HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENT H-63
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:

That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
H-63 SEVENTH STREET: To be paved, and where
heretofore paved, repaved, to a width
of thirty-four feet with a Bituminous
Wearing Surface on a Rock Base and Con-
crete curb and gutter, from the East line
of Pennsylvania Avenue to the West line
of Washington Avenue , as said Street and
Avenues , are shown on a Plat recorded in
Plat Book No. 2, .Wage 81, and as said
Pennsylvania and Washington. Avenues are
named and designated in Ordinance No. 170,
recorded in Deed Book No. 297, Page 242,
all of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys , the inspection and supe_intendence of the
work, the pre-paration of plans and specifications and esti-
mate, the printing and publication of notices and proceed-
ings , the preparation of bonds and any other expenses neces-
sary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in
all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Highway improvement
H-63, and the property against which assessments may be made
for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District
H-63.

1920.
