Resolution 837 . . .rF ION RESOLUTION NO. 837 DISTRICT SK-15 SIDEWALK LIEROTEMENT SK-15 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tui CITY OF TIMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construct ion of the following described im- provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Coum it hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter. SK-15 An eight foot Concrete Sidewalk on both sides of First Street from Wash- ington Avenue to Jefferson Avenue, and also on the North side thereof from Jefferson Avenue to Alton sioad; as said Street , Road and Avenues are shown on a plat recorded in Plat Book No . 2, Page 81, and as said Washington and Jef- ferson Avenues are named and designated in Ordinance No . 170, recorded in Deed Book No. 297, rage 242, all of the rublie Records of Dade County, Florida. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improvement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, in- cluding an estimate of the cost of the expenses of relimi- nary and other surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estiiate, the printing and publication of notices and pro- ceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Im- provement SK-15, and the property against which assessments may be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be desig- nated as District SK-15. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, A. D. , 1925.
