RESOLUTION NO. 839
DISTRICT SK-17 SID'EW&MK Dl'ROVEL NT SK-17
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THS CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described im-
provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council
hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
29 of the City Charter.
SIL-17 An eight foot Concrete Sidewalk on the
East side of Michigan Avenue from Alton
Road to Second Street, as said Avenue,
Road and Street are shown on a Plat re-
corded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 81; and
as said Michigan Avenue is named and de-
signated in Ordinance No. 170, recorded
in Deed Book No. 297, Page 242; all of
the Public Records of Dade County, Florida .
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prcl, are and
to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
improvement, and en e:_ timate of the cost thereof, including
an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and
other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the
work, the preparration of plans and specifications and esti-
mate, the printing and publication of notices and proeeed-
ings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses neces-
sary and proper. This improvement shall be designated in
all proceedings, ;ssess-.ents and bonds as Sidewalk Improve-
ment SK-17 , and the property against which assessments may
be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated
as District SK-17.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, A. D. ,
1925.
