Resolution 851 mom -41011 RESOLUTION NO . 851 DISTRICT SK-29 SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-29 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THri, CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: That the construction of the following described im- provement is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter. SK-29 A ten foot Concrete sidewalk on both sides of 'ifth Street from Collins Ave- nue to Washington Avenue, as said Ave- nues and Street are shown on plats re- corded in Plat Book No. 2, Page 38 and in Plat Book No. 4, Page 83; and as said Collins and Washington Avenues are named and designated in Ordinance No. 170, re- corded in Deed Book No. 297, Page 242, all of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida. The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said im- provement, and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and specifications and estimate, the print- ing and publication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds and any other expenses necessary and proper. This im- provement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-29 , and the property against which assessments May be made for the cost thereof hereunder shall be designated as District SK-29.
