Resolution 875 RESOLUTION NO . 875 District H-57 Highway Improvement H-57 WHEREAS , on the 18th day of February, 1925 , the City Council passed and adopted a resolution ordering the improvement designated as Highway improvement r1-57, District H-57 , and di::ected the City Engineer to prepare and file plans and specifications of such im- provement and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti- mate of the incidental expenses, and the said plans and specifications and estimate -of cost and estimate of incidental expenses have been filed by the City Engineer with the City Ulerk. THERZPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk shall cause to be posted at the door of the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, nardie ' s Casino and the U. S. Post Office in the City of Miami Beach, a notice stating that at a meeting of the City Council of Miami Beach to be held at the City Hall in the City of Miami Beach, on the 4th day of March, 1925, at 9: 00 o' clock A. a. , the City Council will hear the remon- strances of all persons interested to the confirmation of said reso- lution orderi_1g said improvement.
