Ordinance 920 ORDINANCE NO. 920 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 917, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AUTOMOBILE PARKING LOTS; PROVIDING FOR THE LICENSING THEREOF; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE, " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 917 o ' the City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended by adding thereto, after Section 7 thereof, a new section designated "Section 7 -" , reading as follows: "SECTION 7+: Operators of parking lots shall place and maintain at each vehicle entrance thereto, printed signs or notices , conspicuously and legibly advertising the price or fees charged for the parking of motor vehicles thereon. " STECTION 2: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and posting as required by law. PASSED and ADOPTED this i5th day of March, A. D. 1950. D. 1950, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
