ORDINANCE NO. 925
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
TRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF. "
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COITT`CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678 of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:
"0. DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL Salary per month 370,00"
be and the same is hereby amended to' read as follows:
"O . DIRECTOR OF PERSONNEL Salary per month 370.00
(Provided, however, that where a member
of the classified service is appointed to
the office of Personnel Director and per-
forms the functions and duties thereof on
a part time basis in addition to the -per-
formance of the duties of his position in
the classified service, he shall receive,
in addition to his salary in the classi-
fied servicer a salary per month as Per-
sonnel Direcuor of X100.00) "
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

925, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO.
678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF", having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places of the
City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City
Hall in said City on the 5th day of April, A. D . 1950, and that
said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of
the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on this
the 8th day of May, A. D. 1950.
