AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDI-
NANCE NO. 678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
• FLORIDA, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISH-
ING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO
THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES
THEREOF" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 678 of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:
"W. If the Park Superintendent, by Direction
of the City Manager, with the consent of
the City Council, shall also perform the
functions and duties of the Assistant
City Manager Salary per month 550.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"W. If the Park Superintendent, by direction
of the City Manager, with the consent of
the City Council, shall also perform the
functions and duties of the Assistant
City Manager Salary per month 600.00"
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect as of the
1st day of April, A. D. 1950.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of April, A. D. 1950.

entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF ORDINANCE NO.
678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF", having
been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the
City Hall in said City on the 19th day of April, A. D. 1950,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City
Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 2nd day of June, A. D. 1950.
