AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 402
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, EN-
TITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND
RESTRICTING THE LOCATIONS JHEREIN THE
BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF LIQUOR, AS HEREIN
DEFIN1fll, MAY BE CONDUCTED, PRESCRIBING
PENALTIES FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF and
PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF."
BE IT ORDAINED BI THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 402 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
and the map attached thereto and made a part thereof, be
and the same are hereby amended so as to exclude from "B"
District and so as to include in "D" District, as said Districts are
set forth and defined in said ordinance, the following d escribed lands
situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots One (1) to Seven (7) , inclusive, of
Block One (1) and Lots One (1) to Seven
(7) , inclusive, of Block Ten (10) , all
in Townsite of Harding, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 34,
at page 4, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
SECTION 2: That this ordinance shall go into effect i=ediately upon
its passage and posting as required by law.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 27th day of December, A. D.
1950.

OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE REGULATING AND
RESTRICTING THE LOCATIONS WHEREIN THE BUSINESS OF THE SALE OF
LIQUOR, AS HEREIN DEFINED, MAY BE CONDUCTED; PRESCRIBING PENALTIES
FOR THE VIOLATION HEREOF AND PROVIDING FOR THE ENFORCEMENT HEREOF " ,
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 27th day of December, A. D. 1950,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and affixed
the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on this the
31st day of January, A. D. 1951.
