AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 678
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, EN-
TITLRD: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF
SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AND FIXING THE RATES THEREOF".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No.
678 reading as follows:
"Y. Auditorium Manager Salary per month $ 600.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: -
"Y. Auditorium Manager Salary per month $ 666.66"
That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
SECTION 2:
repealed.
SECTION 3:
That this ordinance shall go into effect February lst,
1952.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of March, A. D. 1952.

Ordinance No. 1015, entitled: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 678 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ENTITLED: 'AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES TO BE PAID TO THE
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
and FIXING THE RATES THEREOF'", having been passed and adopted
by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has
been posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of
Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall
in said City on the 19th day of March, A.D. 1952, and that
said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of
the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this the 30th day of April, A. D. 1952.
