AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 1 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 789, ENTITLED "AN
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING OFFICIAL CLASSI-
FICATIONS OF POSITIONS IN THE CLASSI-
FIED SERVICE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION
THEREFOR, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS
OF THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT; AND PROVIDING
FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF THIS ORDINANCE
AND REPEALING ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH."
BE IT ORDAINED .BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 : That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance
No . 789 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
reading as follows :

thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
