AN ORDINANCE NAMING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN
PARCELS OF LAND AS "LINCOLN LANE NORTH" AND
"LINCOLN LANE SOUTH" RESPECTIVELY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That those certain parcels of land situate in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, and described
as follows, to wit:
That certain 20 -foot way designated "LINCOLN
LANE", as shown on the Plat of LINCOLN ROAD
SUBDIVISION "A", recorded in Plat Book 34 at
page 66 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida;
AND
Beginning at the northwest corner of Lot 1,
Block 1, LINCOLN ROAD SUBDIVISION "A", according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 34
at page 66 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida; thence run westerly along the north
line of Lot 1, Block 1 of said subdivision,
extended westerly a distance of 50 feet; thence
north at right angles a distance of 20 feet;
thence westerly at right angles a distance of
50 feet; thence northerly at right angles a
distance of 25 feet; thence westerly at right
angles a distance of 70 feet; thence northerly
at right angles a distance of 20 feet; thence
easterly at right angles a distance of 120 feet;
thence southerly at right angles a distance of
20 feet; thence easterly at right angles a distance
of 50 feet; thence southerly a distance of 45 feet
to the Point of Beginning;
AND
The South 50 feet of that certain portion of the
Bridle Path lying easterly of Block 35, as shown
on the AMENDED PLAT OF GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 6 at page 26 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, deeded to the City of Miami
Beach by Special Master's Deed recorded in Deed
Book 1777 at page 399, and filed on February 19,
1937; and
Lot 2, Block 35, AMENDED PLAT OF GOLF COURSE
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 26 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;

the South 20 feet of Lots 2 and 15,
both inclusive, Block 36, AMENDED PLAT
OF GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 6 at page 26 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
AND
That certain 20 -foot Way lying South of
Blocks 37, 38 and 39, as shown on the Plat
of PALM VIEW SUBDIVISION, recorded in
Plat Book 6 at page 29 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida;
AND
That certain 20 -foot Way lying South of
Block 39, as shown on the Plat of FIRST
ADDITION TO COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION,
recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 30 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
be and the same shall be hereafter known, designated, and
referred to as "LINCOLN LANE NORTH".
SECTION 2
as follows,
That those certain parcels of land situate in
Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, and described
to wit:
A certain rectangular strip of land 20 feet
in width and bounded on the North by the
southerly line of Lot 4, Block 53, PINE RIDGE
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof
recorded in Plat Book 6 at page 34 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, bounded
on the East by Washington Avenue and on the west
by Drexel Avenue, deeded to the City of Miami
Beach for alley purposes by the Lincoln Tower
Corporation on June 22, 1940, recorded in Deed
Book 2075 at page 191;
AND
That certain 20 -foot way running east and west
through Blocks 47, 48 and 49, and northerly of
Blocks 50-A, 51-A and 52-A, as shown on the
Plat of LINCOLN SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat
Book 9 at page 69 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
AND
That certain 20 -foot way running east and west
through Block 46, COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 6 at page 5 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida.

be and the same shall be hereafter known, designated, and
referred to as "LINCOLN LANE SOUTH".
SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 4 This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

I, R. WM. L. JOHNSON, City Clerk in and for the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify that Ordinance No. 1394,
entitled:
"AN ORDINANCE NAMING AND DESIGNATING CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND
AS 'LINCOLN LANE NORTH' AND 'LINCOLN LANE SOUTH' RESPECTIVELY",
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the 5th day of October, 1960,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, on
this the 7th day of December, 1960.
