AN ORDINANCE CHANGING THE DESIGNATION OF
THE BOUNDARIES OF THE LIQUOR ZONING MAP
DESIGNATED AND REFERRED TO IN SECTION
15.30 OF "THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, 1950".
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1 That the Liquor Zoning Map designated and referred
to in Section 15.30 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, 1950" be and the same is hereby amended
so as to exclude from the "G" District and to include in the
"H" District, as said Districts are set forth and defined in
Section 15.34 and Section 15.39, respectively, of "The Code
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, 1950", the following
described lands situate, lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade
County, Florida, to wit:
The South 75 feet of each of the following described
parcels:
Lots 1 through 6, both inclusive,
Block 37; Lots 1 through 6, both
inclusive, Block 38, all in
COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 6 at page 5 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
The South 75 feet of each of the following described
parcels:
Lot 1, Block 35; and Lot 1, Block 36,
AMENDED PLAT OF GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6 at page 26 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
The South 75 feet of each of the following described
parcels:
Lots 1 through 6, both inclusive, Block 1,
Lots 1 through 7, both inclusive, Block 2,
Lots 1 through 7, both inclusive, Block 3
LINCOLN ROAD SUBDIVISION "A", according
to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
34, page 66 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
The South 75 feet of each of the following described
parcels:

A parcel of land described as follows: Beginning
at the Southeast corner of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION
OF ALTON BEACH REALTY COMPANY as it is shown on the
Amended Plat of the same; thence easterly along the
north line of Lincoln Road produced easterly for a
distance of 70 feet; thence northerly along a line
parallel to and 70 feet easterly of the said GOLF
COURSE SUBDIVISION for a distance of 150 feet; thence
westerly along a line parallel to and 150 feet
northerly of the said north line of Lincoln Road
produced westerly for a distance of 70 feet to the
said easterly line of GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION;
thence southerly along the said easterly line of
GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION for a distance of 150 feet
to the point of beginning, as said Road and
Subdivision are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat
Book 6, at page 26 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and that part of the Bridle Path
lying east of Lot 1, Block 35, of the AMENDED
PLAT OF GOLF COURSE SUBDIVISION, recorded in Plat
Book 6 at page 26 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
AND
A certain parcel of land described as follows: From
a concrete monument located at the intersection of
the west line of Jefferson Avenue and the north line
of Lincoln Road, more particularly described as
being 1350 feet east and 270 feet north of the
southwest corner of the northwest quarter of Section 34,
Township 53,South, Range 42 East; run easterly along
the north line of said Lincoln Road a distance of
744.10 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel of
land herein described; from said point of beginning
run northerly along a line perpendicular to the last
mentioned course, a distance of 125 feet to a point;
thence run easterly along a line parallel with the
north line of Lincoln Road a distance of 50 feet to
a point; thence run southerly along a line perpendicular
to the north line of Lincoln Road a distance of 125 feet
to a point; thence run westerly along the north line of
Lincoln Road a distance of 50 feet to the point of
beginning of the parcel of land herein described;
AND
A certain tract of land described as follows: From a
concrete monument located at the intersection of the
west line of Jefferson Avenue and the north line of
Lincoln Road more particularly described as being
1350 feet east and 270 feet north of the southwesterly
corner of the northwesterly quarter of Section 34,
Township 53 South, Range 42 East, run easterly along
the north line of said Lincoln Road a distance of
794.10 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel

to a point; thence run westerly along the north line of
Lincoln Road a distance of 50 feet to the point of
beginning of the parcel of land herein described;

all in SECOND COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6 at page 33 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
The North 75 feet of Lot 4, Block 53, PINE RIDGE
SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 6 at page 34 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida;
The North 75 feet of each of the following described
parcels:
Lots 7 through 12, both inclusive,
Block 47; Lots 7 through 12, both
inclusive, Block 48, Lots 7 through
12, Block 49, all in LINCOLN SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 9 at page 69 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
SECTION 2 That the Liquor Zoning Map designated and referred
to in Section 15.30 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, 1950", be and the same is hereby amended
so as to include in the "B" District and in the "H" District,
as said Districts are set forth and defined in Section 15.32 and
Section 15.38, respectively, of "The Code of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, 1950", the following described lands situate,
lying and being in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, to wit:
The South 75 feet of Lots 1 tnrough 6,
both inclusive, Block 39; and the North 75' of Lots 7
through 12, both inclusive, Block 46,
all in COMMERCIAL SUBDIVISION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 6 at page 5 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.

SECTION 3 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4 This ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of
the City Hall in said City on the day of
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
