Ordinance 1314 ORDINANCE NO. 1314 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA" . BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same are hereby amended so as to include in the "Two-Story Cabana District" and in Area District No. 43, as said districts are set forth and defined in said ordinance, that certain parcel of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, bounded as follows, to wit: Bounded on the easterly side by a line described as follows : Beginning at a point which is on the northerly line, produced easterly, of Lot 12 of Indian Beach Corporation's Subdivision, according to the amended plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 61 of the public records of Dade County, Florida, said point being 472 feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins Avenue (measured along said northerly line of Lot 12 and said northerly line, produced easterly) Thence run northerly to a point on the northerly line, produced easterly, of Lot 16 of the said Indian Beach Corporation's Subdivision, said point being 460 feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins Avenue (measured along said northerly line of Lot 16' and said northerly line, produced easterly) Bounded on the southerly side by the southerly line of Lot 13 of said Indian Beach Corporation's Subdivision, produced easterly; Bounded on the northerly side by the northerly line of Lot 14 of said Indian Beach Corporation's Subdivision, produced easterly; Bounded on the westerly side by a line parallel to and 90 feet westerly of the line heretofore described as the easterly boundary of the parcel hereby described. AND ALSO That certain parcel of land, situate in said City, County and State, bounded as follows, to wit: Bounded on the easterly side by a line described as follows : Beginning at a point on the northerly line, produced easterly, of Lot 22 of Indian Beach Corporation's Subdivision, according to the amended p.Lat tnel°eof, recorded in Plat Book 8 at page 61 of the public records of Dade County, - 1 Florida, said point being 450 feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins Avenue (measured along said northerly line of Lot 22 and said northerly line produced easterly); Thence run in a northerly direction to a point on the northerly line, produced easterly, of Lot 3 of the First Ocean Front Subdivision of the Miami Beach Bay Shore Company, according to the amended plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 9, at page 78 of the public records of Dade County, Florida, said point being 375 feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins Avenue (measured along said northerly line of Lot 3 and said northerly line produced easterly); Bounded on the southerly side by the southerly line of Lot 2 of said First Ocean Front Subdivision, produced easterly; Bounded on the northerly side by the northerly line of Lot 3 of said First Ocean Front Subdivision, produced easterly; Bounded on the westerly side by a line parallel to and 90 feet westerly of the line heretofore described as the easterly boundary of the parcel hereby described. AND ALSO That certain parcel of land, situate in said City, County and State, bounded as follows, to wit: Beginning at a point which is on the northerly line, produced easterly, of Lot 25 of the First Ocean Front Subdivision of the Miami Beach Bay Shore Company, according to the amended plat thereof, recorded in Flat Book 9, at page 78 of the public records of Dade County, Florida, said point being 510 feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins Avenue (measured along the said northerly line of Lot 25 and said northerly line, produced easterly); Thence run in a northerly direction to a point on the northerly line, produced easterly, of Lot 28 of said First Ocean Front Subdivision, said point being 473 feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins Avenue measured along the said northerly line of Lot 28 and said northerly line produced easterly); Bounded on the southerly side by the southerly line of Lot 27 of said First Ocean Front Subdivision, produced easterly; Bounded on the northerly side by the northerly line of Lot 28 of said First Ocean Front Subdivision, produced easterly; Bounded on the westerly side by a line parallel to and 90 feet westerly of the line heretofore described as the easterly boundary of the parcel hereby described. - 5 - SECTION 2. That Ordinance No. 289 of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and the maps attached thereto and made a part thereof, be and the same are hereby amended so as to include in the "REA" Multiple Family District and in Area District No. 71, as said districts are set forth and defined in said ordinance, those certain parcels of land situate in Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, described as follows, to wit: All of Lots 13 and 14 of Indian Beach Corporation's Subdivision, according to the amended plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 61 of the public records of Dade County, Florida, except the portion thereof bounded as follows, to wit: Bounded on the easterly side by a line described as follows: Beginning at a point which is on the northerly line, produced easterly, of Lot 12 of Indian Beach Corporation's Subdivision, according to the amended plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, page 61 of the public records of Dade County, Florida, said point being 472 feet easterly of the easterly line of Collins Avenue (measured along said northerly line of Lot 12 and said north- erly line, produced easterly) ;
