Ordinance 1346 ORDINANCE NO. 1346 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, COMMONLY KNOWN AS 'tnE "ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA. " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1: That that portion of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows: "SECTION 4-C USE REGULATIONS 'REA' Multiple Family District" be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "SECTION 4-D USE REGULATIONS °REA' Multiple Family District" SECTION 2: That that portion of Section 15 of Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows: "62. 'H1' Multiple Family District. " be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "7A. 'H1' Multiple Family District. " and that that portion of said section reading as follows: "72. 'REA" Multiple Family District" be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "7B. 'REA' Multiple Family District" SECTION 3: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 4: This ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and posting as required by law. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 1959. '.
