RESOLUTION NO. 1017
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Miami
Beach, Florida:
That Ed R. Neff, as City Engineer for said City,
be, and he is, hereby directed and authorized to make
application to the `spar Department of the United States
for an easement, sixty feet in width, across the Govern-
ment Reservation on both sides of tip Government Cut in

the City of Miami Beach, in which to lay sewers, storm
drains, water mains and telephone and electric conduits
underground, and to make such application in the name of
said City or in his own name as a representative of said
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of lay, A. D. ,
1925.
